Organizations today face unprecedented sustainability crises driven by climate instability, environmental degradation, geopolitical tensions, digital disruptions, and shifting societal expectations. Traditional management and governance approaches are increasingly insufficient to handle these multidimensional challenges. This paper investigates the role of strategic management and governance in navigating sustainability crises, proposing an integrated framework that strengthens organizational resilience. Using a qualitative and conceptual methodology, the study synthesizes literature on strategic agility, sustainability governance, and crisis leadership. The findings demonstrate that resilient organizations must combine long-term sustainability values, adaptive governance, and proactive strategic decision-making. The proposed framework offers a contemporary roadmap for organizations to anticipate risks, respond to disruption, and create sustainable impact.
