ISLAMIC STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IN THE BANI ERA: A CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK FOR ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE AND ETHICAL ADAPTATION

This study explores the conceptualization of Islamic strategic management within the context of the BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, and Incomprehensible) era, which presents unprecedented challenges for contemporary organizations. It aims to develop a comprehensive conceptual framework that integrates Islamic principles with modern strategic management approaches to enhance organizational resilience and ethical adaptability. Employing a literature review methodology, this study systematically synthesizes relevant scholarly works from multidisciplinary sources, including management, organizational theory, and Islamic studies. The analysis identifies key dimensions of Islamic strategic management, such as tawhid-based leadership, maqasid al-shariah orientation, and value-driven decision-making processes. Furthermore, the findings highlight the limitations of conventional strategic models in addressing the complexity and uncertainty inherent in the BANI environment. In response, this study proposes an integrative framework that aligns spiritual values with adaptive strategic capabilities. The framework emphasizes the role of ethical consciousness, stakeholder justice, and long-term sustainability as core drivers of organizational success. It also underscores the importance of dynamic capabilities, continuous learning, and moral accountability in navigating volatile conditions. By bridging Islamic ethical foundations with contemporary strategic paradigms, this study contributes to the theoretical advancement of strategic management in emerging contexts. The proposed framework offers practical and scholarly implications for organizations seeking to achieve resilience and ethical coherence in the face of global uncertainty.
